CGZ 2000 switch cabinet intelligent control device is a new type of multi-functional intelligent device developed for power switch cabinet.
The temperature measurement sensor adopts self-charging mode, no built-in battery, and maintenance-free, which reduces maintenance costs and operational risks for users.
Using ZIGBEE short-range wireless communication transmission technology, the signal error correction ability is strong, non-directional, safe and reliable.
The temperature measurement sensor adopts an irregular hollowed-out structure to ensure that the sensor is in close contact with the wall of the static contact to be measured, and does not hinder the normal circulation of air in the contact box, so that the temperature will not rise, thus ensuring the normal and safe operation of the equipment.
CGZ2000 series switch state intelligent control device
Main functions
The device can realize the functions of primary circuit equipment switch status indication, intelligent control of temperature and humidity in the cabinet, circuit breaker control, on-line measurement and alarm of electrical contact temperature (optional), human body induction and high-voltage live display according to user requirements.
The device is equipped in the switch cabinet with an integrated layout, which simplifies the panel structure design of the switch cabinet in the past, beautifies the panel layout, and replaces the existing primary circuit analog signs, electromagnetic switch status indicators, grounding indicators, energy storage switches, circuit breaker on/off switches and other control and indicator devices, as well as on-line temperature measuring devices for electrical contacts.
The device is easy to install and has a long service life, can fully meet the needs of the power industry, and can ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment.

6. Dynamic simulation primary wiring diagram
Production of simulation diagram (mask): the mask is designed according to the actual primary wiring scheme and voltage level (35k V is lemon yellow, 10kV is magenta, 6kV is dark blue).
Dynamic simulation objects: circuit breaker, handcart position, grounding switch, energy storage, etc., through circuit sampling, dynamically change the wiring diagram on the mask according to the actual information, so as to achieve the purpose of dynamic simulation.
The display of the simulation chart is as follows:

7. Voice anti-error prompt function
1) When the trolley is pushed from the test position to the working position by mistake in the closing state of the circuit breaker, the voice prompt "Please open the circuit breaker" will be prompted ".
2) In the closing state of the grounding switch, when the trolley is pushed from the test position to the working position by mistake, the voice prompt "Please separate the grounding switch".
3) When the closing state of the circuit breaker and the closing state of the grounding switch are pushed from the test position to the working position by mistake, the voice prompt "please separate the circuit breaker, please separate the grounding switch".
4) When the main circuit of the cabinet has been powered and someone stays in front of the cabinet, the voice will prompt "the main circuit of the cabinet has been electrified".

3) When the three phases are not charged at the same time, the lock release light is on and the electromagnetic lock is activated.
Note: Forced locking control power supply: AC or DC 220V, which can ensure the reliable operation of the locking part; the control power supply disappears during operation, the locking contact will not malfunction, and the locked equipment is still reliably locked.
