Product Description
The high-voltage motor insulation level tester can monitor the insulation resistance of the motor system in the on-line state. It is specially used for measuring the insulation resistance and leakage current of the motor winding to the ground when the submersible high-voltage motor is stopped or running. It has the function of simultaneously detecting the insulation resistance of the motor winding to the ground and the leakage current under operation.
Apply negative DC2500V voltage to the three-phase winding and ground of the motor when the motor is stopped and working online, monitor the insulation of the motor system, and detect the insulation when the motor is stopped and running. If the insulation does not meet the safety requirements, control the disconnection of the main circuit of the motor and send out audible and visual alarms at the same time, so that the operator can find the insulation of the motor in time, achieve early detection, early treatment, and avoid and eliminate accidents.
Suitable for 3KV, 6KV, 10KV high voltage motor, high voltage power ungrounded system.
