Recently, the 10kV 11500kW high-voltage solid-state soft start device and high-voltage isolation cabinet supplied by our company are applied to an air separation project of a large gas company in Sichuan. The load is an air separation compressor. The starting mode is slope + current limit + soft stop. The initial voltage of the slope is 25% of the rated voltage, the ramp rise time is 20 seconds, the current limit starting current is 2.6 times of the rated current of the motor, and the current limit protection time is 30 seconds!
