Recently, Xi'an Qigong Electric's brand-new modern factory has officially started production. This modern industrial base, integrating precision machining, intelligent control, and quality traceability, marks a significant leap in our manufacturing capabilities in the electrical fields of soft starters and frequency converters. The new factory is not only an extension of physical space but also centers on scientific layout and innovative design, creating a highly efficient, collaborative, and quality-controllable advanced production system through smooth production flow and precise process connections, injecting new momentum into product manufacturing.
The internal space is scientifically divided according to modern production logic, with clear and seamless responsibilities for each unit. Low-voltage and high-voltage production lines operate in parallel, covering the manufacturing of products of various specifications. The quality inspection area runs through the entire production process to ensure comprehensive quality control from raw materials to finished products. The intelligent storage area relies on information management to achieve precise material scheduling and efficient circulation of finished products. The entire production process is interconnected and orderly, demonstrating the strength and charm of modern intelligent manufacturing.
Notably, the new factory organically integrates three major functional modules: R&D design, production manufacturing, and marketing office.
