Working principle
Embedded high-voltage soft starter is a new type of motor starting equipment, which is suitable for squirrel-cage asynchronous and synchronous motors. It is a motor terminal control device integrating starting, display, protection and data acquisition. The user can implement more complex control functions with fewer components. The embedded high-voltage soft starter controls the output voltage through the conduction angle of the fiber-controlled thyristor, and changes the voltage value of the motor stator terminal, that is, controls the starting torque and starting current of the motor, so as to realize the soft start control of the motor. The embedded high-voltage soft starter can be smoothly accelerated according to the set starting parameters, thereby reducing the electrical and mechanical impact on the power grid, motors and equipment.
