　　Conditions of use of conventional products:

The use conditions have a great influence on the normal use and life of the soft starter, so please install the soft starter in a place that meets the following conditions of use.

● Power supply: commercial power, self-contained power station, [instructions for generator power supply));

● Three-phase AC: 380V(-20% ~ + 15%),690V(-20% ~ + 15%),1140V(-20% ~ + 15%),50Hz/60Hz

Note: Due to the limited capacity of power components, CGR5100 series products only provide 380V voltage level.

Applicable motor: general squirrel cage asynchronous motor or synchronous motor;

● Starting frequency: standard products are recommended to start and stop no more than 15 times per hour (according to load);

Cooling mode: natural air cooling;

● Conditions of use: CGR1000, 2000 and 3000 series products shall be equipped with bypass contactors when they are used. CGR5100 series built-in bypass contactors need all the way AC220V power supply. CGR1000 series shall be equipped with motor protection devices.

● Environmental conditions: if the altitude exceeds 2000 meters, the capacity shall be reduced accordingly. Rise 100 meters, reduce volume by 1%; The ambient temperature is between -25 ℃ ~ +40 ℃; The relative humidity shall not exceed 95%(20 ℃ 5 ℃), no condensation, no flammable, explosive, corrosive gas and no conductive dust; Indoor installation, good ventilation; Vibration is less than 0.5g.
