Product Description
CG F2000 series switch status display is a new type of multifunctional analog dynamic indication device. It integrates primary circuit simulation diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, grounding breaker position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live locking, temperature and humidity control and other multifunctional functions. The indication function can be divided and combined, and panel installation is adopted. Y Z810 type A products can also realize networking communication through R S-485 interface.
The product can be based on user requirements to achieve a circuit device switch status indication and temperature and humidity control functions.
The product is equipped with an integrated layout in the switch cabinet, which simplifies the panel structure design of the switch cabinet in the past and beautifies the panel layout. It will replace the existing primary circuit analog signs, electromagnetic switch status indicators, grounding indicators and other control, indicating device.
Considering the installation space requirements of switch cabinets with different structures such as fixed cabinets, handcart cabinets (including middle cabinets and lower cabinets) and ring network cabinets, three models A, C and D are designed. The functions, installation dimensions and terminal wiring methods of each model are different, which is convenient to select according to actual needs.

Simulation instructions:
• Circuit breaker status indication (passive contact input);
When closing, the closing contact is closed and the red analog bar is on; when opening, the opening contact is closed and the green analog bar is on.
• Handcart position or isolation knife status indication (passive contact input);
For the handcart cabinet: when the contact in the working position is closed, the red vertical analog bar is on. The green horizontal analog bar lights up when the test position contact is closed.
For fixed cabinets, the red vertical analog bar lights up when the isolation knife contacts are closed. The green horizontal analog bar illuminates when the isolation knife contacts are closed.
• Spring energy storage indication (passive contact input);
The contact is closed and the red spring symbol lights up, indicating that the energy has been stored. The contact is open and the green spring symbol is lit, indicating no energy storage. Position indication of grounding disconnector (passive contact input);
The contact is closed, and the red vertical analog bar is on, indicating ground closing. The contact is open, and the green analog bar lights up, indicating that the ground is disconnected.
Note: All illuminated indicators do not come on in the power-off state. The above contact signals are from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker.
High-voltage live indication part: LED starting voltage (kV): bus voltage x0.15
Locking start-up control voltage (kV): bus voltage x0.40

Temperature and humidity control part
• Sensor: two-way temperature, two-way condensation; the sensor has a self-test function, after a fault, the fault indicator flashes. Temperature control accuracy: ± 2 ℃
• Load output: two normally open type without edge contact output, rated capacity AC220V/5A, can be connected to the heater or fan.
Two-way temperature, two-way condensation (CGF2000-A type); one-way humidity, one-way condensation (CGF2000-C type)
Logical relationship: when the humidity is ≥ 93% RH or condensation will be formed, start heating or flooding;
When the temperature is ≤ 5 ℃, start heating; when the temperature is ≥ 15 ℃, stop heating.
• Breaking alarm: when the load circuit is broken, the corresponding alarm indicator is always on, and the disconnection alarm output contact is closed.
